ERPST Ethiopia, partnered with Agresso AB to implement EEPCO project. EEPCO contract started January 2005 and completed as per plan on 26th April 2006. The project comprised of computer hardware, network equipment, customer billing software and Agresso Business World. For Agresso, the current user base is less than 200 due to budget constraint but shall increase to 500 in phase II of the project. The billing software handles more than 700,000 CUSTOMERS BUT ANOTHER 500,000 to be added in phase II. More than 1000 end user were trained in both accounting and billing system. This project has contributed towards achieving efficiency in the organization. In spite of its complexity, this project was completed on time. ERPST as an official representative of Agresso for East Africa, took part in implementation as well as post-implementation support.
ERPST Ethiopia partnered with Agresso AB to implement EIC project. EIC is the largest insurance company in Ethiopia with 56% of market share. EIC has decided to implement state of art accounting system, Agresso Business World and insurance software, INSIS, throughout Ethiopia. The aim of the organization is to achieve international standards in efficiency so that it can compete with international companies. With our systems, we believe that they will be the first company to achieve complete computerization. The project is ongoing and will be completed by 30th June 2009. Approximately 500 staff will be trained. ERPST is implementing Agresso Business World together with Agresso AB staff as well as handling the project Management.
ERPST together with Agresso AB has provided the state-of-art ICT infrastructure as Phase I for African Union’s implementation of ERP system.
Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority
ERPST together with Agresso AB has recently signed a contract with Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority to supply and implement a turnkey project that includes ICT infrastructure, Agresso ERP solution and billing solution.
Most of AAWSA’s system integration was previously handled manually like their payroll and inventory. After our implementation of Agresso they are fully integrated with all modules. Their previous finance and billing system was also handled manually but now with Agresso, it is fully integrated with the BASIS2 BILLING SYSTEM which they use to handle up to 403,000+ customers.
Spot billing was also handled manually, ERP Software Technologies has provided a state of the art spot billing machine which calculates monthly payment and also issues invoices. At AAWSA it handles up to 60 users for Agresso and 60 users for BASIS2 Billing System.
Other than that, the project comprised of implementation of a new network architecture for the headquarters and supplying hardware.
The aim of AAWSA is to better manage and organize the billing and financial system for a wide range of customers, and with this implementation done by ERPST, they are highly satisfied with all Agresso’s modules and features.

MIDROC Gold Mine Pvt. Ltd. Co. (MGOLD), a member of the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology Group, is engaged in Mining and Exploration activities in Ethiopia. The company is actively involved mining gold while being engaged in exploration to find new gold deposits.

ERPST has recently signed a contract with Ethiopia Rail Ways Corporation to supply and implement Agresso ERP Solution.

Hagbes was established in 1957 by its founder Hagop Behesnilian as an importer of machinery and building materials. After the passing away of the founder, the present management under the directorship of Hrair Behesnilian, founded in 1969 a ﬂour milling complex. During the year from 1970 to 1974 another ﬂour milling complex, a feed mill and two pasta production factories were installed, making the group one of the largest concerns of their kind in East Africa. ! However with the coming in power of the communist regime of the previous regime, all our industrial activities were nationalised, and our commercial activities restricted.
