ETHIOPIA

Ethiopian Electrical Power Corporation (EEPCO)

ERPST Ethiopia, partnered with Agresso AB to implement EEPCO project. EEPCO contract started January 2005 and completed as per plan on 26th April 2006. The project comprised of computer hardware, network equipment, customer billing software and Agresso Business World. For Agresso, the current user base is less than 200 due to budget constraint but shall increase to 500 in phase II of the project. The billing software handles more than 700,000 CUSTOMERS BUT ANOTHER 500,000 to be added in phase II. More than 1000 end user were trained in both accounting and billing system. This project has contributed towards achieving efficiency in the organization. In spite of its complexity, this project was completed on time. ERPST as an official representative of Agresso for East Africa, took part in implementation as well as post-implementation support.

Ethiopian Insurance Corporation

ERPST Ethiopia partnered with Agresso AB to implement EIC project. EIC is the largest insurance company in Ethiopia with 56% of market share. EIC has decided to implement state of art accounting system, Agresso Business World and insurance software, INSIS, throughout Ethiopia. The aim of the organization is to achieve international standards in efficiency so that it can compete with international companies. With our systems, we believe that they will be the first company to achieve complete computerization. The project is ongoing and will be completed by 30th June 2009. Approximately 500 staff will be trained. ERPST is implementing Agresso Business World together with Agresso AB staff as well as handling the project Management.

African Union (Ethiopia)

ERPST together with Agresso AB has provided the state-of-art ICT infrastructure as Phase I for African Union’s implementation of ERP system.

Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority

ERPST together with Agresso AB has recently signed a contract with Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority to supply and implement a turnkey project that includes ICT infrastructure, Agresso ERP solution and billing solution.

 

KENYA

Maseno University & Egerton University (Kenya)

World Bank financed turnkey project which included hardware, communication, IFMIS, Library Management Software, includes most of the University related software like SPSS, CAD-CAM.

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Kenya)

Financed by JICA financed turnkey project which included hardware, communication, IFMIS, Library Management Software, includes most of the University related software like SPSS, CAD-CAM.

National Cereals Produce Board (Kenya)

A turnkey solution, Hardware and Communication and HogiaART ERP solution as well as customized a specialized Stock Module to control the Cereal Stock in stores all over the country.

Higher Education Loans Board (Kenya)

A Turnkey Hardware and Communication Solution together with a ERP and a special custom made Student Loan Management software.

 

 

TANZANIA

SEKAB (Tanzania & Mozambique)

Implementation of Agresso Business World for SEKAB offices in Tanzania and Mozambique.

NOREMCO (Tanzania & Uganda)

Project for supply and installation of server and implementation of Agresso Business World. Modules include upgrading of Financials to version 5.5, Payroll, Assets, Inventory, Procurement and Project.

Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA)

Training of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) to TRA staff.

Twiga Bancorp Limited

Jointly with SAB Enginerie, we have ongoing project to supply, install and implement core banking solution to Twiga Bancorp Limited. The project involves implementation of hardware (IBM AIX and Linux servers) and core banking software from SAB on Oracle Weblogic platform including data migration from old core banking system and setup of disaster recovery site with runtime mirroring of database business server.
