Effective Customer Billing
The implementation of ERP Software Technologies by ERPST Ethiopia has significantly improved the operational efficiency of the Ethiopian Power Organization. The project included the installation of computer hardware, network equipment, customer billing software, and Agresso Business World, enabling streamlined processes and optimized resource utilization.
The utilization of Agresso Business World has allowed for the growth of the user base from less than 200 to 500 users in phase II of the project. This expansion ensures that more employees within the Ethiopian Power Organization can benefit from the ERP solution, leading to improved collaboration and productivity.
The billing software integrated into the ERP system handles the billing processes for over 700,000 customers. Furthermore, an additional 500,000 customers was incorporated in phase II. This comprehensive billing solution ensures accurate and efficient invoicing, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and revenue management for the organization.
Extensive User Training
More than 1000 end users were trained in both accounting and billing systems, empowering employees with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the ERP solution. This training promotes user adoption, reduces errors, and enhances the overall proficiency of the organization in leveraging the ERP system's capabilities
